Bezons, October 24, 2017, Atos, a global leader in digital services, today announced the acquisition of the French IT service provider imaKumo, a ServiceNow Gold Services Partner and Authorized ServiceNow Training Partner.
The acquisition further solidifies the position of Atos as Europe’s number one brand in IT and digital services and will enable Atos to offer enterprise and emerging customers an enhanced portfolio of cloud-based service-management solutions. This together with the previous acquisition of Engage ESM in 2016 means Atos now has one of the largest ServiceNow competency centers in the world.
A ServiceNow partner since 2010, imaKumo has been named several years in a row as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies and was ranked No.249 on the 2017 FT1000.
imaKumo delivers services and training in France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Singapore, and with this acquisition Atos will accelerate investment and adoption of ServiceNow based technologies and offerings across these key geographies.

imaKumo will retain its autonomy as a subsidiary of the group in order to leverage its design-thinking and design-sprint culture.
Johann and Vincent, the two founders, will retain executive ownership of growth strategy, recruitment, management of employees and the value proposition.

By continuing to develop the strategy with the Atos and Engage ESM teams and driving synergies across the organisation, ImaKumo will bring added value to digital transformation projects.
